Description
To organise, train and provide track and field
athletic events for athletes of all abilities, aged 15 and over, adults
and masters (35+ years) athletes. Run in conjunction with Maroochy
Little Athletics which caters for 5 - 14 year olds. Track and Field
competition season is weekly from September to March. Cross Country
running competition for both Seniors and Little Athletics from April -
July. Coaching provided by qualified track and field coaches.
Facilities
All track and field competition events except for pole vault and hammer.
Access
Disabled persons access available.
Hours
Training - various times at both Maroochydore High School and Sunshine Coast University track.
Competition - Fridays 5.30pm - 8.30pm (September - March) Maroochydore High.
Fees
Club fee plus optional State Association or Masters fees.
Area
Maroochydore, Buderim, Mooloolaba and surrounding areas.
